 WOW! That's so CUTE!!!! It's so much better than my first time using markers... I'm so jealouuuus! *cries* But anyways... the critique pretty much says everything I would have. Little suggestion on the dress: draw a line separating the plaid skirt from the rest of the dress, because it looks a little strange to have the plaid merge into the solid blue. Rally good job overall!

Critiques
The hearts could use a little bit thicker and even color.
The hair is okay. Mostly you just need to thicken the color, i think then it would feel a lot more professional.
Line Art: My favorite part of the whole picture is the bow. Its perfect.
The (i guess) ribbon around the green frame is good, placement is perfect on it!
The hearts are bulgy... they need to be a little more sharp.
The things that get to me the most on this, is her waist and her legs. If you had made the left (her right) side of her torso match the right side, (her left) i think it might have fit nicely... unless you were trying to make her standing at an angle, in which case you just need to shade her body to fit the angle.
I would have to say legs is the thing you should work on most. they are not that bad... but they do need quite a bit of work.
Note: this looks like a mix of a "normal" anime character, and a chibi one. over all, i think this is okay you just need practice.
